A Child's Perspective

Today, my mom and I attended a wedding shower thrown in honor of one of the young ladies from church. Vitoria, a 4 year old, got ahold of my camera and took some fun pictures.

At the wedding shower today we had a fashion show. About 10 of the women from church brought their wedding dresses (from the 50's-80's) and some of the younger women modeled them for everyone. This is the lovely Mandy, wearing my mother's wedding dress. It was made by my mom (long ago) of brocade fabric with 50 pearl buttons down the back. It was one of the favorites of the show for it's simplicity and timelessness. It was such a cool fashion show!
