Boy or Girl?

At 28 weeks, I went for a second ultrasound. The previous ultrasound revealed that the baby was shyly hiding it's face and private parts from viewers. At the second, the doctor said MAYBE a boy. I decided not to go out and buy blue clothes yet. The final ultrasound at 32 weeks brought us back to square one. Modesty. A little mystery in life keeps things exciting! My feelings say it is a girl. I've had a couple dreams that it was a girl, but the baby looked a lot like the one in the breastfeeding book I had been reading right before bed. Among my friends it is divided pretty evenly who thinks boy and who thinks girl. We have scoured the internet for old wives tales. I'm carrying low, it must be a boy. My pillow faces south, it must be a girl. Weight carried evenly-girl. Prefer sour foods to sweet-boy. Baby's heartbeat is above 145, girl. At this rate I'm worried about having a hermafredite! Japanese women are convinced that it is definately a girl because my face hasn't changed. However, they also say that it is tradition for a pregnant woman to carry a mirror in her pocket to reflect away bad luck, and that I shouldn't watch a house burn down. I guess I have to give up my hobby of watching buildings burn...
